These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fgy99 ("fgy99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fgy99 platform at fgy99.org, including all games, sports betting markets, financial services and other features available on the platform. These Terms apply to all registered players and, where relevant, to visitors who have not yet created an account.

By registering an account with fgy99, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the fgy99 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use fgy99. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

fgy99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the fgy99 platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

To open and maintain an account with fgy99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fgy99 enforces this requirement strictly and will request identity verification documents if there is any reason to doubt a player's age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent for or on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You must not have previously been excluded from fgy99 or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms or any other policy violation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using the fgy99 platform.

fgy99 reserves the right to carry out identity, age and source-of-funds verification checks at any point during the player's registration or account lifetime. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal functions until the verification process is completed to fgy99's satisfaction.

Each player may register only one account with fgy99. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address or any other identifying characteristic — is a material breach of these Terms. fgy99 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your fgy99 account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. fgy99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• You must notify fgy99 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. fgy99 may temporarily lock your account pending investigation.
• You must ensure that all personal information you provide to fgy99 is accurate and up to date. Providing false information, including false date of birth, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• fgy99 accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account. Sharing your account with a spouse, family member or friend — even if the intent is not fraudulent — is a breach of these Terms.
• fgy99 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without cause, subject to returning any undisputed remaining balance to the player through the player's registered payment method.

Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a dormancy fee as specified in fgy99's current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

fgy99 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made through mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your fgy99 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed manually by the fgy99 finance team. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by providing the documents requested by fgy99. Subsequent withdrawals on a verified account are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during fgy99's standard operating hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. fgy99 does not send withdrawal funds to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance exceeds the minimum.
• Any active wagering requirement associated with a bonus must be fulfilled in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• fgy99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of address or documentation relating to the source of funds. Refusal to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal being held pending resolution.

fgy99 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your payment provider (e.g. your mobile operator or bank) may apply their own transaction fees, over which fgy99 has no control. Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under the laws of Bangladesh.

fgy99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The availability of a bonus is at fgy99's sole discretion. Bonus offers may be withdrawn, modified or substituted at any time without prior notice. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. In cases of conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general rules apply to all fgy99 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used for real-money play on the fgy99 platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players or exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• If a player attempts to withdraw funds before meeting the full wagering requirement, fgy99 may deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal. The remaining balance (if any) will be paid out, subject to standard withdrawal terms.
• fgy99 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus, and to reverse any associated winnings, if there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus without assuming genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploiting technical errors.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry the same withdrawal restrictions as other bonus types unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. Winnings from free spins are typically credited as bonus balance subject to a wagering requirement.

Bonuses and promotional offers available on fgy99 are subject to change. Players are encouraged to check the current promotions page and the specific terms of any offer before claiming it. fgy99 will not be responsible for a player's failure to review the applicable terms prior to accepting a bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fgy99. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances held in the account and, where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the fgy99 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or places undue load on fgy99's systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or placing coordinated opposing bets across multiple accounts.
• Using the fgy99 platform to conduct, facilitate or disguise money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime. fgy99 applies anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability found on the fgy99 platform. Players who discover a technical error are required to notify fgy99 support immediately and must not attempt to benefit from the error in the meantime. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Opening or operating multiple fgy99 accounts, or assisting any other person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, evading a self-exclusion or for any other reason.

fgy99's determination as to whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding, subject to any formal dispute resolution process available under these Terms. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal complaint to fgy99 support within 30 days of the relevant event.

fgy99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. fgy99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and employs a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools include voluntary deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fgy99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fgy99 platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, technical faults, service interruptions, unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions, or your reliance on information provided on the fgy99 platform.

fgy99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and circumstances beyond fgy99's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures and acts of God) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. fgy99 will endeavour to minimise service disruptions and will communicate planned maintenance windows where practical. No compensation will be payable for losses arising from service unavailability unless fgy99 determines, at its sole discretion, that special circumstances warrant an exception.

All content on the fgy99 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game content, user interface designs, trademarks and service marks, is the property of fgy99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fgy99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the fgy99 platform's content without fgy99's express prior written consent.

fgy99 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and the provision of services to registered players. The types of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, the legal bases for processing and your rights in relation to your personal data are described in full in fgy99's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account with fgy99 you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described therein. fgy99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects players' rights or obligations — fgy99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players before the change takes effect. Notice will be given through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the fgy99 platform, an email to the registered address associated with your account, or a notification within the fgy99 account dashboard.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you may close your fgy99 account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the fgy99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. fgy99 encourages all players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint about fgy99's services, you should contact fgy99 support in the first instance. fgy99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with fgy99's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to fgy99's management team via the contact email address published on the platform. fgy99 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days of receipt.
